It is recommended for use in timber or steel framed buildings for the cladding of gable ends, eaves, and for carport and verandah linings. External cement board is also recommended for commercial applications, cyclonic wind zones and commercial steel-framed constructions. It is manufactured from Portland cement, finely-ground silica, cellulose fibres and water.Substrate Cement Board
Substrate Cement Board is a fibre cement sheet that provides a solid substrate for applying decorative finishes. When combined with proprietary jointing and coating systems provides a tough, durable, waterproof wall cladding system that is immune to water damage, is fire resistant and is ideal for lightweight construction. It accepts a wide range of textured coatings and colours.Façade Panels
Façade panels utilise compressed fibre sheeting to give buildings a modern and extremely durable finish. They are suitable for versatile architectural facades and parapet applications in industrial, institutional, commercial and multi-storey residential buildings. Façade panels offer the ideal solution for cladding the exterior of low- to medium-rise buildings.Façade sheeting has a smooth, flat surface and square-edge finish and is suitable for expressed jointing and for a number of finishes from painted through to textured coatings. Façade panels are designed for installation in a variety of patterns, including vertical, horizontal, brick-bond or diamond inclined. Façade panels are available in 6mm, 9mm and 12mm thicknesses and may be finished with site applied acrylic paint systems or factory applied high quality polyurethane plain, metallic and special finishes.
