BaseCoteTM

A plaster-based jointing compound that is suitable for use with hand trowels and mechanical tools. Used for bedding and base coating plasterboard joints, angles and spotting fastener heads. Packaged in 20kg paper bags. Choose from BaseCote 45 with a working time of approximately 45 minutes or BaseCote (approx 60min).

Jointing Compounds

Jointing Compounds are the leading gypsum based setting products designed for taping and base-coating plasterboard joints and angles. Possessing superior joint filling characteristics with smooth flow under trowel and through machine, these compounds provide a strong and durable bond and low shrinkage.

Finishing Compounds

Finishing compounds are premium air-drying compounds from the mostrecognised manufacturers around the globe. These compounds have been designed for use as a finishing coat over taping and base coats. Products are pre-mixed for immediate use and are designed for hand trowel or machine application.

All-purpose Compounds

All-purpose compounds are air drying, vinyl based compounds that can beused as a three-coat wall jointing system with paper tape. Alternatively they can be used as a second and/or finishing coat over gypsum jointing compounds. All-purpose compounds do not require time-consuming preparation, the powder preparation of all-purpose compounds allow mixing to a preferred consistency. All-purpose compounds are a lightweight, high strength, gypsum compound with an efficient working time.
